PHOENIX is the brand name of a specifically blended bagged Portland-composite cement. It is manufactured by grinding calcium sulfate as a setting regulator with Portland Cement clinker and other carefully selected secondary constituents (pozzolanic materials, fly ash and other constituents permitted under BS EN 197-1:2000), under an effective system of testing, controlling and monitoring by Lafarge Malaysia, Malaysia's leader in clinker and cement manufacturer.

PHOENIX complies with the requirements specified in the British Standard BS EN 197-1 : 2000 - CEM II/B - M 32.5 R which corresponds to European Standard EN 197-1 : 2000, Composition, Specification and Conformity Criteria for Common Cements.
